Preparing for class
Wear comfortable clothing meaning pants without zippers, bare feet, t-shirt and a light long sleeved jacket or sweater. Bring a "sticky" mat (or two) available for about $20 at most sports stores and a light blanket. Avoid eating a large meal at least one hour before class. Please don't wear scent as many people are allergic. It's okay to come into a class a bit late, but please do so quietly.
